| Purpose and Principles
- Covenant Christian Academy exists to provide quality Christian education for children of committed Christian families.
- Because we believe God created the world and each student, every subject is taught on the basis of Scripture and to the highest possible academic standards, according to each student's ability.
- We believe we must provide an education for our students in which all spheres of learning are unified under the principle of "subduing the earth" for God's glory.
- We believe a level of academic and physical training must be achieved which will properly prepare young people for the four most important relationships into which they will enter:
- Man's relationship to God
- Man's relationship to himself
- Man's relationship to mankind
- Man's relationship to creation

| Parental Involvement
In addition to dedicated teachers, the support and involvement of parents is also essential to a successful education. We encourage and expect our parents to participate in the educational process. Teachers and parents working together provide an optimal environment for a successful education.

| The Independent Option
Our classrooms are small, but our campus is large... We provide support for HOME SCHOOL education for qualified families. Our Independent Study Program
(ISP) allows participation in activities at the main campus, attendance at special courses and school programs, provides record keeping, and meets all
state requirements for Christian parents who want to educate their children at home.
The School Board has members who are successful, experienced home schoolers, and the whole Board is committed to encouraging families at home or at the main campus.

D. Kent - Class of 1994

| Our School's History
Our school was founded over 16 years ago as a branch of Peninsula Christian School of Carson, California. In 1995, the parents determined that it would be best for our growth and development to start fresh on our own. We are an incorporated non-profit organization and are governed by a Board elected by the corporation members (our by-laws are availible for interested parties).
